Jienengyuan always regards product after-sales service as the basis of sustainable development. It has set up after-sales service points in many cities, each of which has spare parts warehouse. After-sales service personnel are trained strictly and normatively, which can provide timely and speedy service for users.
With the aim of "prompt, timely and cordial", we provide the following after-sales service for our customers:
1. Installing and debugging the equipment according to the requirement, and providing free technical training and consultation for customers.
2. The normal use of the equipment is guaranteed free of charge for one year and preferential maintenance service for life is provided.
3. A 24-hour service hotline has been set up: 18913919069 / 13801584716;
4. All customer failure request information should be responded within 24 hours, and 24 hours service is in place within our province.
5. Visiting customers regularly and inspecting tours to provide timely maintenance suggestions.
6. In case of special needs of customers, we will do our best to cooperate.
