2. Novel structure and beautiful appearance
The box body is made of cold-proof bridge aluminium profile frame and polyurethane double-layer foam panel. The unit is light, rigid, and beautiful, and its conductivity coefficient is small.
3. High control ability of dust bacteria
It can remove dust, bacteria and fungi in the air effectively by equipping high-efficiency filters, ultraviolet lamps and photocatalysts at all levels.
4. Easy maintenance
Reasonable arrangement of maintenance doors insures a convenient maintenance.
5. Good air tightness
The cyanotic box body is composed of panel, frame and sealing strip. The gap between panel and frame is sealed by a new type of high density sealing strip. The gap between frames is sealed by thicker sealing strip. The repair doors and the locations for pipelines’ passing through are carefully designed to ensure a very low air leakage rate.
6. Excellent thermal insulation
The panel of the unit is a double-layer structure with a middle thickness of 25-50 mm and a density of 40 kg/m. The thermal conductivity of foamed polyurethane foam is below 0.22W/(m.K). The unique heat insulation is implemented at each joint of the unit to prevent the appearance of cold bridges.
7. Low noise, high energy efficiency
The centrifugal fan with high efficiency and low noise is adopted. The fan motor assembly is equipped with shock absorber, and the air outlet and the box body have soft joints to effectively isolate vibration. Efficient system design ensures low energy consumption operation of the unit.
8. Safety protection and reliable operation
The unit is equipped with filter differential pressure alarm, motor overload, humidifier overload protection, temperature and humidity alarm and other functions to guarantee the long-term, stable and reliable operation of the unit.
